Cultural practices : Mechanical weeding. Complete plowing for the vines, up to 5 years old, to allow proper implantation and development of a good root system. For the rest of the vineyard, we are keeping on line with grass every two lines with passage of the subsoiler in early winter.
For us, tillage is essential to control vine vigor, to enable the development of deep roots for a better expression of the terroir, and for self-sufficiency of the plant.
