Eymas family offers you a range of six wines made up of a rosé and a white wine "Les Lys Du Moulin" fresh and fruity, a red wine "Château Croûte-Mallard" expressing the spiciness of the Malbec, our traditional red wine made from a majority of merlot "Château Gros Moulin" and our two "cuvées prestiges" Per Vitem Ad Vitam et Heritage 1757 showing the expression of the the Cabernet Franc and the Malbec.

Being strong supporters of sustainable agriculture, we adapt our practices to the very specific climatic conditions of each year. The « Château Gros Moulin », traditional vin de garde of the domain, reflects all the climatic influences on vine products. Not trying to do the same wine every year, but retaining a real typicity, well-known by our loyal customers.

Heritage 1757
AOC Bourg 2014
60% Malbec, 40% Merlot
Malolactic Fermentation and aged 12 months in barrels (100% new)
Great dark red color, "black ink" where the nose stands out for its sureness with hints of coffee,
cinnamon, bark and sandalwood. The palate explodes on a large fruit opulence with a dominant of
strawberry and blackcurrant, mango and gooseberry: a natural ease inherited from a long tradition.
Old Vintages
You will find bellow the list of vintages available. All those vintages have been tasted and considered to be of a satisfactory quality.

Those bottles aged in our private cellar. Corks are often the only way to attest to the vintage.
Every bottle is sold in wooden box, with a label stamped with the vintage, giving you the choice to clean the bottle or not and stick the label.
