Vue : Rubis profond, limpide et franche.
Nez : Premier nez sur le tabac blond, le caramel et une fine touche de moka. Ensuite, le registre du fruit macéré s’exprime davantage.
Bouche : Cette bouche charnue et suave a conservé une belle tenue. Les saveurs de petites baies rouges e noires se montrent généreuses, soutenues par une acidité tonifiante et enveloppées de tanins presque fondus. La finale persistante témoigne de la concentration de cette cuvée sérieuse.

Vue : Rubis cerise à reflets légèrement évolués sur le disque.
Nez : Premier nez expressif sur les épices (poivre, genièvre), puis l’ensemble évolue vers le fumé/grillé et la tarte aux prunes.
Bouche : Ce cru épanoui livre une bouche encore tonique, relevée par une joli acidité, généreuse en saveurs de fruits rouges (fraise, cerise) et d’épices. De délicats tanins presque fondus enveloppent l’ensemble. Les dégustateurs relèvent la fraicheur de la finale.
